Those who are tired of their regular boring workout sessions can go for kickboxing classes, as it not only gives you a total cardiovascular workout, but also allows you to learn best fighting skills and techniques. Fast high energy jabs, jacks, elbows, and kicks to get you drenched. This is a signature class and uses techniques from our Mixed Martial Arts programming incorporating Muay Thai, Boxing, Shadowboxing, and bag work. All fitness levels are welcome, classes are 45 minutes long.

When you’re ready to step up and kick some heavy bag, we’re ready to show you how. St Louis Kickboxing Workout is designed to be the perfect total body workout, and the fastest way to the tight, toned fighter’s body you seek. You’ll be challenged to learn new skills and build strength in every muscle group. At the same time, you’ll gain far greater flexibility and fluidity of movement. Every Kickboxing class is a 45 minutes workout, led by a highly trained professional or amateur fighter, and incorporates technique, drills, and plenty of dynamic conditioning exercises. Our instructors will lead you through a series of warm-ups, punch combinations, bag rounds, and strength & conditioning stations. The group format allows each member to participate at their own pace.
