St Louis Fitness BootcampClasses is a functional strength and conditioning program. Using Kettlebells, weights, battle ropes, medicine ball, flipping tires, and much more. Bootcamp combines every aspect of resistance training, body awareness drills and cardio respiratory endurance. Each class is different, competitive and will improve your overall athletic ability.

A St Louis fitness boot camp is programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period of time. Boot Camp training often commences with streching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, TRX, Battle ropes, kettle bells, flipping tires, pushups/situps, and various types of intense explosive routines.
